Arberglen is committed to meeting the 'National Care Standards' in all areas of service delivery and evidence of this can be found by reviewing our inspection reports. Inspection reports are available at the home for you, and those closet to you, to review. Additionally inspection reports can be viewed online, via the Care Commission's website (Click Here).

During the course of an inspection, the Care Commission Officer (CCO) will speak with not only management but staff and you, to ensure a high standard of service is being given. The Care Commission will conduct a thorough investigation of all aspects of the care home to satisfy themselves that Arberglen is a safe and respectable care home. We work closely with Care Commission Officers to adapt to changes in legislation and implement good practice. During inspections you will have the opportunity to make comments on life in the care home.
