Visitors...

Visitors are always welcome at Arberglen and there are no formal restrictions on visiting times. However, we would request that visitors avoid meal times unless a prior arrangement has been made to have a meal with a resident. Generally speaking Residents enjoy visits between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

You are able to invite family and friends to in house entertainment or trips outside of the care home. A quarterly newsletter is sent to next of kin which keeps those closet to you up to date with events in and around the home. We encourage family and friends to visit you at the home and oversee the care you are receiving, however if you do not wish to see a visitor we will respect your wishes.

On arrival at the care home ALL visitors are required to read the house rules and sign in to the visitors book. To protect our residents we reserve the right to remove visitors disobeying house rules or anyone the staff feel should not be in the care home.
